 In 1975, we began a small "pre-rental and pre-sale" cleaning company. It wasn't long before we realized that these core residential cleaning services were both needed and appreciated by some of our commercial clients, who asked us if we provided such a personal service. At the time we did not, but soon afterward recognized the need as well as an opportunity to expand into a segment of this field, which we may never have endeavored to explore. So, we began servicing a few of our commercial client's homes at first.

Then our small, but specialized house cleaning service, began to really take root and referral after referral started to drive our business. Hence, spotting an appreciated need by our clients, we decided to open up a separate division to handle only MAID SERVICES or residential cleaning.

Expanding the Service

 Once we had begun servicing our client's home, we soon noticed some additional services that were not only needed, but our clients began requesting of our company. We soon realized their additional needs for cleaning became a host of "specialty" services, which we began adding to our ever expanding list of services:

 Obviously, our commercial clients were somewhat disappointed in the service they had been receiving at the time, from another company. So why did they settle for poor service? They admitted to us, that since choosing such a personal service, such as home cleaning, was so delicate a matter, not to mention the time that would be consumed in locating a new provider, interviewing a new provider and then testing out the new provider - that the cost was just too timely a process and would be too much of a bother!

    Things 2 Consider

  • What type of person will I be allowing into my home?
  • Do they have criminal backgrounds?
  • Did the company I hired, INVESTIGATE the Employee?
  • Are they INSURED?
  • What if something breaks?
  • What if something goes missing?
  • What happens if these employees get hurt?
  • Am I obligated to the IRS for taxes?

  Delicate and very personal subjects to consider! More important they are things that every individual, considering a service (such as home cleaning), should be concerned and adamant about having these protections in place!

 Ultimately, when a customer chooses to use our service they are buying themselves help, time and "peace of mind", should automatically come along with the service being provided - FREE OF CHARGE!

  We are in the business of providing our customers with the luxury of making choices about how they spend their leisure time. Because we do this in a way that provides high quality, reliable service ouruality of services we provide, your experience with us, we are always interested in what you, the client has to say.

 Our customers are the reason we exist and we realize it. Every encounter that we are privileged to engage our clients, we ALWAYS endeavor to use the contact as a "learning experience", and to take away from that experience all the useful input we can extract - As a means to provide better service.

Don't be fooled or setup...!

** INDEPENDENT HOUSECLEANERS: Come with a host of problems, no insurance (workman's compensation and or general liability), no employee background checks are ever initiated. They frequently hire "foreign nationals" who have come to the United States of America, illegally and have no right to work in America. As such, they are prone to abuse by these unscrupulous employers as they opt to pay these individuals under the table and subsequently pay no taxes.

The client may benefit to some degree by perhaps receiving a lower price for services rendered. But, this can become short lived if the "independent" falls, gets hurt in the home or claims to have fallen and incurred an injury and decides to SUE YOU IN A COURT OF LAW! That's only the beginning of the problems as one agency begins to notify the others (under the patriot act) and Pandora's box begins to open up and release a whirlwind of problems on you; cost of the lawsuit, settlement of the suit, employer tax evasion along with fines and penalties, etc. All for trying to save a few dollars?

Then we have the problem of "damages" and or "breakage" of your personal and prized possessions by these UNINSURED HOUSEKEEPERS!. What possession to you own that you won't mind having "DESTROYED"?

  • Heirlooms?
  • Collector plates?
  • Statues?
  • Knick - Knacks?
  • Stereo?
  • TV?
  • Furniture?

Well if you hire these individuals, don't expect them to own up and either notify you or confess to any questions from you regarding the damage, breakage and or "DISAPPEARANCE" of any of your prized possessions - THEY DON'T AND WON'T!
