Scheduling for Additional Time:

We would love to spend the additional time, doing what we do best, cleaning your house to the fullest extent possible. More often than not we are unable to conclude a full, A to Z, top-to-bottom, reaching into every nuk-n-cranny for an ultra detailed cleaning - Unfortunately this is extremely difficult,unrealistic and can be disappointing for both our staff and our clients. So, what we've decided to initiate is a DOUBLE THE OFFER: for another $49.95 we will provide the purchaser or redeemer of this offer with an additional 3 hours (total of 6 hours) of house cleaning.

Requirement to Qualify

Just make your desire to receive the offer known (below), and pre-pay the $49.95 in advance of scheduling and thus receiving your service.

The above offer may be used at a later day/date of your chosing, if client so chooses, but we recommend utilizing this offer on the same day/date with your current redemption to ensure a more through service for your home.

In order to assist those who are not familiar with having your home cleaned by a residential cleaning service company, this type of service we provided a breakdown/example as follows:

PUTTING THE OFFER IN PERSPECTIVE

    Clarification of HOURS of Service in our Priority Cleaning OFFER!

  • If we send 1 Maid
    - He/She will be in the home cleaning for up to 3.0 hours
  • If we send 2 Maids
    - He/She will be in the home cleaning for up to 1.5 hours each.
  • If we send 3 Maids
    - They will be in the home cleaning for approximately 1.0 hours each.
  • If we send 4 Maids
    - They will be in your home cleaning for approximately :45 minutes each.

** We reserve the right to determine and dispatch the size of, i.e., the number of service providers (SP's) as we feel and or determine will be adequate and or necessary to fulfill our obligations in a timely, efficient and most effective manner under the terms of this offer, and as dictated by or by a/any days route.


THREE [3] HOURS of TOTAL Cleaning Time

This offer is "considered" in it's current standing a priority cleaning service. What this means is that you, as the client will need to "prioritize" those area of the home which you most desire cleaned first, then second, and then third. It is not a whole house, deep cleaning, detailed cleaning service, it is designed to assist homeowners with a little extra help with those troubled areas, difficult to clean, often neglected or hard to clean areas.

    EXAMPLE:

  • Kitchen and 1 or 2 Bathroom
  • Kitchen, Bathroom, LR Dusting and Vacuuming
  • 2 Bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms Dusted and Vacuumed
  • Kitchen, Bathroom, Tile Floors Swept and Mopped
  • etc., etc., etc.

    Average Completion Times

  • Bath: 45 minutes
  • Kitchen: 45 to 60 Minutes
  • Tile Floors: 60 Minutes
  • Dusting: 20 - 30 Minutes per Room
  • Vacuuming: 10 - 20 Minutes per Room

Will a Priority List Be Completed?

A list of priority chores will not necessarily be 100% completed, it depends on what items and areas were chosen:

  • In what order they appear on the itemized list,
  • how much detail is needed, and
  • how much of the allotted 3 hour is utilized to clean each item,
  • how much attention is required for each item,
  • how long it has been since last cleaned,
  • how much detail is needed, i.e., time the cleaning list requires, etc.

We attempt to clean those items on the list, in and with as much detail (this is not a surface cleaning) as time permits and then move on to the next item in the home. We normally send [3 or 4] service providers to the clients home - please see how the time breaks down.

FYI - The following are the areas which take the most amount of time to service:

  • Kitchens
  • Bathrooms
  • Bedrooms
  • Dusting - depending the amount of nic-nacs (moved)
  • Blinds
  • Low-dusting (baseboards)
  • High Dusting (Pot-Shelves)
  • Cceiling fans
  • Vacuuming Furniture (pet hair removal)

Due to the/this offers restriction of time, which is (a total of 3.0 hours), the time passes quickly, but the client has 3 or 4 areas of the home being cleaned (serviced) during the alloted time!

    Multiple Areas Serviced at One Time:

  • One in the Kitchen
  • One in each of the Bathrooms
  • One Dusting / Vacuuming
  • One doing High or Low Dusting, etc.

To get the troubled areas serviced, many clients (coupon holders) have us concentrate on specific areas of the home - see example.

Please be aware that it is unrealistic to think that any size (1200sf - 4400sf)home is going to be cleaned top to bottom, i.e., deep cleaned or spring cleaned in the confines of the/a total time of 3.0 hours of a "priority cleaning", regardless of the square footage of your home or the limitation of your list. It comes down to how long it has been since a deep cleaning was completed, how often and how regularly a home has been cleaned and thus how much time is required for our teams to detail a "priority list"..


How You Might Want to Prioritize:

We can only clean up to our limit of a total of 3.0 hours, though many times we exceed the limts of the offer by 10, 15 even up to 20 minutes, please don't count on us exceeding the 3 hour limit. So, unless previously authorized for a longer period of time, it may very well mean that certain areas of your home, may not be reached and or accomplished in the course of a/the initial time of 3.0 hours of service - please see example.

    Takes approximately 6.0 to 7.5+ hours @ a base cost of $266.00+
  • A 2500sf Home
    Takes approximately 7.0 to 8.5+ hours @ a base cost of $303.00+
  • A 3000sf Home
    Takes approximately 8.0 to 10.5+ hours @ a base cost of $375.00+
  • Additional Hours: May be requested prior to a scheduled arrival (see our recommended BEST OFFER), if not arranged and secured with payment prior to our arrival and with a valid credit card on file the cost of the additional hour(s) will be priced @ $32.50 per hour/per maid with a minimum of 3.0 hours = $97.50.

* Times and prices may vary depending on the needs, distance traveled, supplies expended, etc., at the discretion of the client, i.e., whether a client decides to have us stay longer and wishes to pay for additional time and services.

We require a valid credit card on file or pre-payment prior to our arranging for and or scheduling additional cleaning time service calls for a/the client.

Scheduling additional or extended cleaning service will not push you to the head of the line, i.e., in front of those that have validated their coupon prior to any other participants validation.


Arrival Times - Arrival Windows

We normally arrange our scheduling according to preferred time of day, day of week, etc., and we attempt to accommodate each and every client accordingly. Unfortunately, we can only give our clients an approximate arrival time of our arrival, please be aware it is almost impossible for us to accurately pinpoint and arrive at a precise moment in time.

What we do for clients is provide them with an arrival window, in some cases this can span up to and between 3 or 4 hours, should we run behind on a proposed time of arrival, our field staff will notify when we are :20 minutes or :30 minutes from arrival.

    EXAMPLE - Arrival Windows

  • 9am and 1pm
  • 10am and 2pm
  • 11am and 3pm
  • 12pm and 4pm
Currently, our windows do not call for this wide of a window, but on average they do span from 1 to 2 hours. This is sometimes necessary as it allows us to adapt to the arise of unknown circumstances, late starts, traffic, dispatch delays, extended service requests, lunch breaks, break-downs, sick-outs, etc.


SPECIALIZED ARRIVAL TIMES

Our hours are: Monday through Friday 9:00 am till 5:00 pm. We do not plan nor can we accommodate arrivals later than 5:00 pm - our staff do not work the weekends. We will attempt to contact you during the day of service to update the client about our ETA, usually 20 minutes before our arrival.

If once we make contact and have advised said client that we are enroute to service their home, and thus arrive only to find NO ONE TO MEET US, WE WILL FLAG THE CLIENT as a LOCKOUT and a $50.00 fee assessed to your account, which fee must be paid prior to our honoring any further service requests.

For Your Convenience

If you wish, we can provide you with a :20 minute courtesy call, when we are enroute to your location, this way you are not handcuffed to your home for unknown periods of time and thus can run any errands you may have to accomplish before our arrival. Please feel free to reiterate your desire for us to do so, when you are called to arrange your appointment, we will put it in your file and on your work order with all contact numbers

  • CLIENT MUST PRESENT the Coupon IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL - Failure to do so will NEGATE THE SERVICE CALL - Our staff are prohibited from entering (an unknown, first time clients), vacant home!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE - DO NOT PLAN on or EXPECT that you will be able to use your voucher / coupon and or that we will be able to provide you with immediate service, i.e., for instance in the same day or week that you made your purchase, or in the same day or week that you call to redeem and schedule your service.

This is not the arrangement nor the agreement we entered into with the coupon issuer - It was always meant to be arranged according to our existing schedule and availability.


ADDITIONAL TIME FOR SERVICE:

ADDITIONAL TIME FOR SERVICE: is available if needed, required and or desired, before-the-fact, i.e., scheduling your service and before we dispatch our crews. The fee for additional hours are charged at the rate of $32.50 per hour, per maid (service provider). Please be aware that arrangements for last minute and or on the same day of service requests for additional and or extended time, are difficult for our field staff to accommodate as a last minute request - If you know that your home is going to take longer to service and or you realize you desire additional time to satisfactorily clean your home, please make advance arrangements - This chart will assist you with the Anticipated Costs for a First Time Clean or DEEP CLEANING SERVICE.

We require pre-payment prior to our arranging for and or scheduling additional cleaning time service call for a client. Under such circumstances the client's credit card will be pre-authorized for discussed and confirmed charges on the day of the arranged service call, should our pre-authorization fail, said client will be removed from the schedule.


Tips - Gratuity

TIPS: Many of our clients as well as Coupon and Voucher clients have asked us whether or not it is appropriate and or acceptable for them to tip our staff. Our service providers will and do accept gratuities from all of our clients, and they are very much appreciated. We realized in these tough times, that all budgets are tight these day, and we'd much rather you utilze whatever money you do or would have for a tip, to be put to better use by utilizing it towards additional service time. You get additional and satisfactory service, and we feel better about accomplishing the cleaning you need. Whatever you feel and or decide, please know that it is very much appreciated.

It's Nice to Know You're Appreciated!

Some clients, due to unfamiliarity with our type of service are simply not familiar with what is proper protocol in this regard, whether it's acceptable, what to offer, etc. On average most tip 15%.

There really is no way for us to honesty answer this question about tipping; some offer 10%, others offer 15% and even up to 20% of the original value of the offer. Please know that whatever you feel is worthy, it is very, very much appreciated by our field staff.

As was arranged by agreement with Groupon, the coupon is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED and according to our schedule availability.

    Please be Advised that our scheduling is arranged as follows:

* This is only a request for service, the offer is governed by Availability ONLY, if a holder's request can be accommodated it will be, as immediately as possible. If scheduling and availability dictate otherwise, you will be placed into the next available opening in our schedule for your area of service.


Your Patience is Appreciated

We are currently segregating various areas of our schedule and combining North with North, Northwest; North with Northeast; Central with North Southwest and Southwest; Central with East and Southeast; Northwest with Southwest, etc. We hope to have the scheduling completely fine tuned by mid-June. All of which assists us in expediting your service, in a timely and efficient manner.


Cancellations or Rescheduling Requests

Cancellation of a scheduled voucher / coupon redemption cleaning will take you out of your pre-arranged and agreed upon scheduled position, thus rotating you out of the schedule and repositioning you in the next available opening, behind all who may have validated their coupon after you, who may or may not have yet been put on schedule for service, etc. Ergo, you would have sacrificed your position and it could put you days or even a week or more out before we can rotate you back into our schedule. Again, it reverts back to scheduling availability.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you find it necessary to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE SERVICE you will be required to pay a TRIP FEE + RESCHEDULE FEE OF $50.00.

An Unfortunately Reality...

Since the inception of and during the days since the implementation of the program, we have run into a few hiccups. Some holders have canceled service after being scheduled, others have not been at home to meet us on the pre-arranged day and time we agreed upon for providing scheduled service. It has happened more then a few times now and it jumbles up the schedule, too late to offer it to another holder, and backs up and extends or rolls out our ability to fulfill our service. It will also cause an inconvenience fo other holders who are patiently waiting for their scheduled service. Hence, we find it necessary to begin requiring a trip fee of $9.00 of all participanting clients (firt time and or returning). In addition all of those clients fitting the above, not-home, not-at-home, i.e., "LOCKOUT" description will now be required to pay the cancellations fee(s) of $50.00 prior to receiving a/another scheduled or requesting a rescheduling service call.

We are not pointing fingers and or placing blame, we realize LIFE HAPPENS, just seeking to alert and educate all holders to some of the challenges we face on a daily basis and to solicit your assistance in helping us curtail some of the unnecessary delays that are part and party in causing delays, flagged stops, missed stops, not-at-home, re-scheduling, etc.


GET A CREDIT - APPLY IT TOWARDS FULL SERVICE

Some experienced homeowners, who have previously had their homes cleaned professionally realize that the allotted time specified and purchased for a 3.0 home cleaning is not going to be nearly enough time to satisfactorily clean their home, they have asked whether or not we would permit them to use the coupon as a $XX.xx discount and apply it against their need for extra or full service home cleaning on their first visit.

Yes, we will accept the coupon's face value as payment for a portion of the price of an FTC, Deep Cleaning and or regular and recurring Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly services. If after all your credits are spent and if you would like to schedule regular services, you will also be granted a 20% discount off if you decide to schedule a weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring services.

However, we do require a valid credit card on file prior to our arranging for and or scheduling an additional cleaning services, or recurring service for a client.
