Here is how it works!
You order one of the above services; First Time, One Time or a Move In/Out cleaning service at our normally low prices - we clean your home to your satisfaction and then within the next seven days, you get on schedule for regular service; Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly Maid Service and:
We will refund the difference between what you paid for one of the above services and the price of your regular service...
EXAMPLE:
You order/book our Move In/Out Cleaning Service, you pay $300 for the service and decide you want to get on our schedule for Weekly service and pay us $98.00 per visit for this service.
This represents a difference of $202.00 between the two services. We will refund you this difference at the rate of 5% or $10.02 per visit for the next 10 weeks of your service.
So, in effect you will ONLY PAY $88.00 per weekly visit for the next 10 weeks of service!
WHY?
It's easy, you want your house cleaned and we love helping you achieve that end, but what normally happens is:
It takes longer than you expected...
It's what happens when we get busy and can't keep it up on our own!
It costs more than you were quoted!
This is normally the case, in certain situations, it's just the nature of the beast. When a trained eye comes in to clean, they look everywhere, underneath and behind everything. Often times we're guilty of cleaning our clients house as if we live there, as if it were our own home.
That's a Good Thing - Right!
It's the way we train our staff. None of us like to have a job have done, half finished especially if we've paid for the service. We as the contractor don't like leaving a job unfinished, by leaving things out, just because the client didn't anticipate it being that dirty and or needing that much work.
As a paying customer, you don't want things skipped or missed by those you paid to clean your home and that is never, never our intention. But, you're on a budget, you expected to pay xyz for the service and not a penny more - We appreciate this and we hate to have to advise a client that we're going to need more time, and subsequently that a cleaning job is going to cost more money. Nonetheless, at times it requires us to advise a client of the situation. But it is always left up to client whether or not to authorize additional hours and charges, prior to our exceeding our original estimated, authorized and allotted time.
But the bottom line is,
we want you to know exactly what is going on in your home,
we want you to know what we see,
we want you to know what is dirty and which we think you'd like cleaned
we want you to know how much more time and what it will cost you.
we want you to know why it will take longer and cost you more.
We know you, as a client, want your home cleaned and we are grateful when a client chooses us to perform this service on their behalf but WE HATE HAVING TO NOTIFY A CLIENT THAT WE NEED MORE TIME - MORE MONEY!
No Surprises!
It's always been a problem with One Time, First Time or Move In/Out Cleans. No one can fully anticipate with 100% accuracy how much time these types of service calls are going to need. Truth is we don't like having to tell a client that we need more time, more money, etc., to finish a job - it's the hardest thing to do! So, we came up with a different slant to attack this problem we call it "refund the difference"

Here's how it works; you hire us to come and clean your home as outlined above, then we put you on schedule for one of our regular and recurring cleaning services; weekly, biweekly or monthly service calls.
Over the course of 10 weeks - Weekly Service; 20 weeks - Biweekly Service or 10 months - Monthly Service. We will refund the difference you paid for your One Time , First Time or Move In Cleaning service and you receive our "refund the difference" in the form of a percentage discount on each subsequent service call.
The Original Price of a ONE TIME CLEANING - $300.00
You Order Weekly Service priced at $98.00
The Difference between the two services - $202.00
Refund the Difference = @ 5% Refund or Discount on your weekly Service = $10.10 per week!
Your Cost for the Next 10 Weeks = $88.00 per visit!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The above EXAMPLE is used for illustration purposes only, our biweekly, monthly service rates are understandably higher and subsequently, the refund rate percentages would reflect such as a 5% [FIVE-PERCENT] refund rate of the difference in charges. In order to participate in the "refund the difference" program, it is mandatory for a client to remain active for the duration of the "refund the difference" period; i.e., Weekly Service - 10 weeks, Biweekly - 20 weeks or Monthly - 10 months.
A skipped, missed, rescheduled or canceled service, i.e., for any reason will immediately render this offer null-n-void with any and all continued service(s) reverting back to the original quoted price. In addition, we reserve the right to fulfill this offer with one or more FREE service calls at the conclusion of the above related term or period.
