Please be advised that Cancelling your service absent of providing us with a Two [2] business day notice, will result in a $25.00 "lockout" fee being charged to you account. - Please refer to our Terms of Service Item 20 and Item 21

Skipping or Rescheduling your service may result in our need to remain in your home longer then normal on your next routinely scheduled service date. These last minute changes in scheduling almost always necessitates our revising of our service charges due to the need for us to remain in your home for additional work-time for our crew(s) to complete their normal duties. Thus, possibly costing the client additional hourly fees at the rate of $25.00 per hour.
