How it works?

In our constant effort to add and improve customer satisfaction, we've begun providing our "DISCOUNT DRY CLEANING" services. It is designed to provide our valuable clients with a convenient way to get all their cleaning needs (home, carpeting and clothing) cared for in one easy process!

The CLIENT: You simply fill out this convenient online "order-for-service" form. The form is then sent to our office for processing. This is where we verify your order for service and transpose your order to a standard "dry cleaning order ticket".

The PROCESS

  • Client - Inputs request(s) in the online order form
  • Order Sent - The client's order is sent to our online processing staff
  • Staff - Receives the client's order and verifies
  • Client order for any changes
  • Transposing of client's order to "normal" ticket
  • Inform client of price(s) for Items to be cleaned
  • Retrieve client's preferred method of payment; cash, check, MC, Visa, paypal, etc.
  • Schedule a pick of garments, laundry, etc.
  • Arrange and Advise client of return drop (usually two-days)

CONVENIENT FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS

When you're on schedule for Home Cleaning Just leave your dry cleaning bag at the front door

  • Our staff will retrieve it
  • Bring it back to the office
  • We will process it for "Dry Cleaning", "Wash and Fold", "Alterations", etc.

Just call or submit our online form (here) to let our office know that you have garments to be picked up, and our visiting staff will look for your dry cleaning bag at the front door or your entrance way. Or, if you need to make more immediate arrangements by submitting your information ABOVE.
